about
The Babylon Suite, from the self-titled SME release, is a series of movements produced to reflect the confusion and want to remove one's self from the insanity of September 11th, 2001.
I was a resident of New Jersey at the time very close to the events, and being a creature of politics and social observance, I found that things weren't what they seemed and that 9/11 was a product of a civilization moving too fast in the wrong direction. Being a huge fan of RUSH and their dark visions of 2112, and an even bigger fan of Pink Floyd and Roger Water's writing style, I began the Babylon recording project to express my thoughts on the subject. Babylon Suite is the result of those efforts.
